This Privacy Policy explains how Luxena Technology Co., Limited ("Luxena," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use ImagEra: AI Logo Creator (the "App") and its related services.

Information we collect

• Account information: identifiers supplied through Sign in with Apple and, when Apple makes them available, your email address and name.
• Content: prompts, brand names, style choices, uploaded reference images or masks, and images generated or edited through the App.
• Purchase information: product identifiers, transaction identifiers, subscription status, expiration dates, and receipt-validation information supplied by Apple. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Technical information: IP address, request timestamps, app and device information needed for security, reliability, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, generate and store requested images, provide account and subscription features, secure and improve the service, troubleshoot problems, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We share only the information needed to operate the service with providers that process data for us. These currently include Apple for authentication and purchases, OpenRouter and underlying AI model providers for image generation, Railway for application hosting, and Cloudflare for object storage and delivery. Their processing may occur in countries other than your own.

No sale, advertising, or cross-app tracking

We do not sell personal information. The App does not use personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and content information while needed to provide the service. Security logs, transaction records, and backup copies may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. You can delete your account from the App; this removes or de-identifies direct account identifiers. You may also contact us with a deletion request.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise an applicable right. You may restore or manage subscriptions through Apple.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
