Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of AI Pic Maker: Logo & Icon (the "App"), provided by Luxena Technology Co., Limited. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your country. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Apple account and devices secure.

License to use the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your content and AI output

You retain any rights you hold in prompts, names, images, and other material you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, reproduce, transmit, and process that material only as needed to operate and improve the requested service, maintain security, and comply with law.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to output created for others. We do not guarantee that output is unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or safe for every commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing output and ensuring that your use does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not use the App to create or distribute illegal, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing material; bypass safeguards or usage limits; interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, a subscription renews automatically and Apple may charge your account within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Each user receives one free AI image generation and one free logo generation. Weekly subscriptions include 8 generations per weekly billing period, monthly subscriptions include 35 generations per monthly billing period, and yearly subscriptions include 100 generations per yearly billing period. Creating or editing one image uses one generation. Failed generation tasks do not use an allowance. Current limits are also shown in the App before purchase.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, limits, or integrations. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

The App, its software, branding, interface, and non-user content are owned by Luxena or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxena will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, or material harm to the service or others. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
